Alfonso Alcantara has been a highly respected member of Sydney’s commercial cleaning fraternity for over twenty five years and is looking forward to the next twenty five. In that time he has introduced many innovations and provided countless logistical, quality focused and budget restricted solutions.
Alfonso immigrated to Australia twenty six years ago and immediately began working in the commercial cleaning industry as many other new Australians have done. Unfortunately he was witness to what he felt were injustices to employees and contractors like himself regarding fair pay, working conditions and discrimination in both his native country of origin and at his new home.
For this reason his priority and indeed one of the main reasons for his success has been his focus on hiring and training the best people that genuinely love what they do and are treated with the highest respect, are fairly paid and valued as integral team members.
